Camp Details:

  • December 22nd - December 26th (No Dec 25th)

  • December 29th - January 2nd (No Jan 1st)

• Days: Monday - Friday 

• Time: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM

• Age Group: 2nd to 9th Grade

Camp Activities Include:

• Serving (overhand and under)

• Passing

• Strength and Conditioning

• Volleyball IQ

• Defensive Skills/Awareness 

• Setting

• Blocking Techniques

• Scrimmages 

• Low Player-to-Coach Ratio​

What to Bring:​

• Indoor and outdoor shoes (Agility and conditioning workouts may be outdoors)

• Athletic attire (shorts and t-shirt)

• Knee Pads
